Moneta Business System is an integrated information system developed on a modular basis that uses a common data base. It consists of modules that are mutually interactive and designated for providing entire information integration, ensuring coherence and transparency of all activities and processes in the company. The system provides option on management and automatization of financial and accounting, warehouse and trade activities at the different establishments of one or more companies.

Sales Module

General Features:
This Moneta Module provides the option on a flexible management of the commerce work process. Once registered the information on submitted offer is easily transformed in an order or invoice with no need of second data entering. Product items and partners are organized in groups for the purpose of providing different prices and discounts. Conditions for each partners are defined (credit limits, conditions and methods of payments). It is possible payables and receivables form the partners to be traced at any time. Each commerce transaction is registered in the system through a list of documents.

  • Prices, group and individual discounts for the customer.
  • Sales of items, resources and services.
  • Documents preparation – offers, orders, advance payments, invoices, credits and debit notifications. Documents conversion.
  • Automatic payment of sale in cash.

Deliveries Module

General Features:
This module provides the option on effective management of suppliers relations. Full control of receivables, tracing of payments, updated and detail information on suppliers and supply condition. Planning the orders to suppliers and warehouse registering in the warehouse.

  • Prices, groups and individual discounts for suppliers.
  • Delivery of products, resources and services.

Warehouse Module

General Features:
This module is related to warehouse management - nomenclatures with products, warehouses, inventories, discounting and disposal of goods, goods reservation, tracing of products and batches. Goods are organized in hierarchical product groups and categories. Replaceable items are defined. There is an option on operating with different measurement units. Movements of stocks are measured in quantity and value.

  • Supporting nomenclature and replaceable products.

  • Updated information on stocks in warehouse.

Administration Module

This Module administrates all other modules.

First level Data Base
Executes all required operations on storage, update, support and management of system database.

Second level Application Server
Savesbusiness process logic of the application. Optimises user access to the information. Provides options on gradation and integrity on business operation level.

Third layer Costumer
At this level, costumer interacts with the system, in other words, registering and data visualisation. Provides customized and approachable interface, in accordance to each user activity.
